Most repair companies today are really dispatch centres. You explain the problem to someone in a call centre, they book a technician you've never met, and you find out what he actually knows about your appliance once he's already in your kitchen.
We do it differently. When you call, you're usually talking to someone who does the repairs or works closely with the person who does. If we don't know something, we say so, and we find out before we show up instead of guessing on your time.
That makes us smaller than some of the companies advertising in this space. We think that's fine. A smaller company takes responsibility for its own mistakes and remembers who you are the next time you call.
