These terms govern your use of Mer Bleue Appliance Repair's services in Gloucester-Orléans, Findlay Creek, and the surrounding area. By booking a service with us, you agree to the terms below.
By requesting or receiving a repair from Mer Bleue Appliance Repair, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full.
We provide diagnostic and repair services for major household appliances, including fridges, washers, dryers, dishwashers, ovens, and stoves, across Gloucester-Orléans and Findlay Creek.
Appointment windows are estimates. We'll contact you if a technician is running significantly behind schedule. Same-day availability is not guaranteed and depends on current demand.
You'll receive an upfront quote before any repair begins. Payment is due upon completion of the work unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
We use genuine OEM parts wherever available. If a required part is on backorder, we'll advise on expected timelines before proceeding with the repair.
All completed repairs are covered by our 90-day warranty on parts and labour. Full terms are outlined on our Warranty page.
Cancellations and rescheduling are subject to our Cancellation Policy, which outlines notice requirements and any applicable fees.
Mer Bleue Appliance Repair is not liable for pre-existing damage, issues unrelated to the diagnosed fault, or damage arising from misuse of the appliance after our service is complete.
You agree to provide safe, reasonable access to the appliance and to disclose any known issues or prior repair attempts before work begins.
